Terms of Service — intervue.pl
Version of July 27, 2026
This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Polish-language version is the legally binding original and governs in the event of any discrepancy.
§1. General provisions
- These terms set out the rules for using the website available at intervue.pl (the "Service"), in accordance with the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.
- The service provider is Lukasz Aszyk, operating as a sole proprietorship (JDG) under the trade name xlrt.cloud, with a registered place of business at ul. Złota 75A/7, 00-819 Warszawa, Poland, NIP (Polish tax ID): 5881835893, e-mail: kontakt@intervue.pl (the "Provider"). Full contact details are also available on the Contact page.
- A "User" is any natural person using the Service.
- Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms.
§2. Scope of services
- The Service is currently in a pre-launch phase. The Provider supplies the following electronic services free of charge:
- waitlist — registering an e-mail address to receive notice of the full version's launch and an introductory offer;
- voice demo — a one-time, free, up-to-5-minute trial voice conversation with an AI-based assistant;
- calibrated practice interview — after creating an account: one free practice interview (up to 15 minutes) with an AI assistant calibrated from a job posting supplied by the User.
- Creating an account requires accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy. A User may delete their account by contacting kontakt@intervue.pl (self-service account deletion will be made available within the Service).
- Besides the free services described in item 1, the Provider also offers paid packages, described in §2a below.
§2a. Paid services and payments
- The Provider offers the following paid packages in the Service, whose current prices and scope are shown in the pricing table at intervue.pl/en/#pricing:
- Single interview — one-time access to one full, calibrated practice interview together with a full scorecard (6 of 6 scoring dimensions);
- Campaign Pass — access to 5 full practice interviews (including adversarial mode) together with a full scorecard, valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Package prices are stated in Polish złoty (PLN) and include all applicable taxes.
- Payments are processed by an external payment operator — Przelewy24, whose payment services are provided by PayPro S.A., with its registered office in Poznań (ul. Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań), entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000347935, NIP: 7792369887, with share capital of PLN 5,476,300.00, entered in the register of national payment institutions maintained by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) under number UKNF IP24/2014. The Provider does not process or store the User's payment card data — this is handled exclusively by the payment operator.
- Access to a purchased package is granted automatically, immediately after the Provider receives and verifies payment confirmation from the payment operator — as a rule in real time, but no later than 24 hours after the payment is posted. If access has not been granted within that time, the User should contact the Provider at kontakt@intervue.pl.
§3. Nature of the service and artificial intelligence
The demo conversation is conducted by artificial intelligence, not a human, which the User is informed of before it begins. Content generated during the demo is for practice and illustration only. The Service does not provide career counselling or recruitment services, does not assess candidates' suitability for employment, is not a candidate-screening tool, and does not analyze the User's emotions or biometric characteristics.
§4. Technical requirements
Using the Service requires: a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser, and for the voice demo, a working microphone and the browser's permission to access it. The Service requires no software installation.
§5. Rules of use
- It is prohibited to submit unlawful or offensive content, content that infringes third-party rights, or to engage in conduct that disrupts the Service's operation (including automating requests or circumventing technical limits).
- The demo is intended for the User's personal use. The Provider may restrict access to the demo in the event of misuse.
§6. Liability
- Pre-launch services are provided on an "as is" basis. The Provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuity but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service during the pre-launch phase.
- The Provider is not liable for decisions the User makes based on content generated during the demo, without prejudice to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, in particular towards consumers.
§7. Complaints
Complaints about the Service's operation may be submitted to kontakt@intervue.pl. The Provider handles complaints within 14 days of receipt, notifying the outcome to the e-mail address the complaint was sent from.
§8. Personal data
The rules for processing personal data — including data processed during the voice demo — are set out in the Privacy Policy.
§9. Intellectual property
The Service and its components (content, layout, marks, software) are the property of the Provider or its licensors and are protected by law. Using them beyond permitted use requires the Provider's consent.
§9a. Right of withdrawal (Consumers)
- A User who is a consumer under Polish law and who has entered into a distance contract with the Provider (including the purchase of a package under §2a) has the right to withdraw from that contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.
- The withdrawal period begins on the date the contract is concluded (the date the package is purchased).
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer should inform the Provider of their decision by an unambiguous statement, e.g. by e-mail to kontakt@intervue.pl. The Consumer may (but is not required to) use the model withdrawal form in item 6 below.
- In the event of withdrawal, the Provider will reimburse all payments received without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day the Provider is informed of the withdrawal, using the same means of payment used for the original purchase, unless the Consumer expressly agrees to a different method that involves no additional cost.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to the extent that the Provider has already fully performed the service (e.g. a completed practice interview) with the Consumer's express prior consent, having informed the Consumer before the service began that they would lose the right of withdrawal once it was fully performed (Article 38(1) of the Act on Consumer Rights). This consent is obtained separately, each time, before a practice interview funded from a purchased package begins.
- Model withdrawal form (this form only needs to be completed and returned if you wish to withdraw from the contract):

§10. Final provisions
- The Provider may amend these terms for valid reasons (service development, legal changes). The current version, with its date, is always available at intervue.pl/regulamin (Polish original) and intervue.pl/en/terms (this translation).
- Polish law governs matters not addressed here. Disputes involving consumers are resolved by the competent courts under generally applicable rules; a consumer may also use out-of-court dispute resolution methods, including the EU ODR platform.
